Parents & Families

Welcome Parents and Families!

The transition from student to career professional requires strategic development, and St. Martin Career Exploration Office is here to assist COLSA students to ensure that they are well prepared to meet the needs of the workplace or transition into graduate school. Through a variety of services, we assist students in articulating career goals and creating well-informed action plans.  Students are advised to meet with a career professional and schedule periodic meetings to address career paths, resumes, interview skills, internships, and job and internship strategies.  Because experiential learning makes students more competitive in the workplace, students are strongly encouraged to participate in internships and research opportunities while pursuing their academic endeavors.
